Salmerino Suite extends over two floors: living, kitchen, single room with annexed bathroom at ground floor; master bedroom and bathroom on the mezzanine. From the single room on the ground floor, you can access a small private dehor with a Lake view. A Turquoise green wallpaper with a leaf motif unrolls at full height, emphasizing the space’s verticality and matching the tonality of walls and ceiling. Soft linen curtains with an in-contrast edging frame the large windows overlooking the external private area. Flooring is made of large Ceppo Lombardo stone tiles on the ground floor, and of durmast planks on the upper floor.
A large sideboard decorates the living area, characterized by a central set of drawers and by its 1960s Scandinavian design. Over it, a collection of auteur lithographies.
A Triennale reissue of a floor lamp by Giò Ponti is placed beside the sofa; while hung over the table there is a large parchment lampshade, whose red edging is the same color as the railing of the ladder and the mezzanine. Both beds are provided with a wooden headboard, decorated with inlaid vintage motifs from the late 1950s.
The built-in kitchen includes an induction cooking plate, microwave oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher; all enhanced by a double led lighting.
Bathrooms are covered with white rectangular ceramic tiles, sinks lean against flat Ceppo Lombardo surfaces bordered in brass, mirrors are framed in brass and the double cone appliques are in 1960s-style.
