Suite Tinca boasts a wide private dehor facing a hedge of Macrophyllia hortensia in the shadow of a thriving beech tree.
The Suite extends over two floors, with a living room and separate kitchen on the garden floor and the sleeping quarters in the large mezzanine.
Walls color is Absinthe Green, matching the wallpaper marked out by a graphical pattern, and curtains are colored in Blue Whale, as in the kitchen and the bathroom. Flooring is made of large Ceppo Lombardo stone tiles on the ground floor, and of durmast planks on the upper floor. In the living area, a square mahogany table shaped edging by Paolo Buffa faces a self-sustaining vintage bookcase from the ’60, with doors and shelves all in mahogany. A large parchment lampshade, whose red edging is the same color as the railing of the ladder and the mezzanine, characterizes the lighting.
The built-in kitchen has a steel countertop and includes an induction cooking plate, microwave oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher; all enhanced by a double led lighting.
The bathroom is covered with white rectangular ceramic tiles, the sink leans against a flat Ceppo Lombardo surface bordered in brass, and the shower walls are made of crystal. The mirror is framed in brass and the double cone appliques are in 1960s-style.
